MARK SILVERMANMark Silverman has been a licensed broker in the State of New York for over twenty  five years. During his business career of over thirty years he has worked at Chemical Bank and Smith Barney as well as being self employed. During the period January 1967 to January 1977 he was employed by Chemical Bank initially attending Chemical's 18 month long Management Training Program. He then served as a credit officer in various divisions of Chemical Bank prior to joining the real estate lending area. During the five years he served as an officer in the real estate division he was promoted to Vice President and was responsible for negotiating, analyzing, structuring and closing is excess of $500,000,000 in construction, interim and permanent mortgage loans on various income producing properties. During the period January, 1977 to June 1982 Mr. Silverman was a First Vice President of Smith Barney Real Estate Corp. a subsidiary of Smith Barney Harris Upham & Co. He was responsible for all phases of purchasing and selling income producing properties for the various entities controlled by Smith Barney. He was involved with the purchase of over sixty properties valued in excess of $350,000,000. After June 1982, he acquired real estate nationally as managing partner of Radice Equities, the equity syndication arm of a New York Stock Exchange real estate development firm in which also served as a member of the Board of Directors. His interests were subsequently purchased by Radice Corporation. Laramie Associates was formed in 1985 to purchase, own and operate real estate investments throughout the United States. Mr. Silverman holds a Bachelors of Science in Economics from Brooklyn College. He will act as one of the principals of Laramie Ameris in the acquisition and management of real estate investments.

DAVID ASHDavid Ash has been a licensed broker in the State of Texas since 1978. During his 28 year career span Ash has worked as a sales broker, a sales manager with Century 21 Tarver & Eppes - the largest C-21 office in the North Texas region including Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas, overseeing sales activities in excess of $90,000,000 per year. During the mid 1980's Ash was President and owner of Intervest. International Investments, Inc. -- a commercial real estate brokerage firm with annual commercial sales of $50,000,000+ per year. Ash has served as Executive Vice President of a Prudential real estate affiliate office in charge of all commercial real estate activities and volume sales in excess of $120,000,000 per year. Ash has represented on an exclusive basis clients such as the FDIC, FNMA, FIRMI, AMERITAS, Sun Belt Savings, Texas Commerce Bank (owned by the Chemical Bank of New York). Farmers Insurance, Bank One, NCNB and other national accounts. - Currently, Ash is a Managing Broker/Owner of Ameris Commercial Realty. Ash is a native of Israel, and a graduate of "Hertzlya" high school in Tel Aviv. Ash holds a Bachelors and Masters degree from TCU, Fort Worth, Texas in Industrial Psychology and Finance. Ash acts as one of the principals in Ameris and directs acquisition activities in Texas and the Southwest.

ARISTIDES SIDERISArty Sideris has a total of twenty-eight years experience in real estate. He was responsible for financing and selling approximately one billion dollars in real estate. Prior to the formation of Laramie Associates, Mr. Sideris joined Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ) to start a new Real Estate Department. While with DLJ, he worked with major insurance companies, pension funds and financial institutions on a national basis. At DLJ he was responsible for the financing and sale of real estate for corporate and major developers on a national basis. Prior to that, Mr. Sideris was a salesman for Sonnenblick-Goldman Corporation of New York. At Sonnenblick-Goldman Corp. he was responsible for mortgage placements and sales of major real estate projects nationally. Prior to that Mr. Sideris was a loan officer at Chemical Bank's Real Estate Division and at Bankers Trusts Real Estate subsidiary underwriting development projects and supervising the funding until completion.
